Description:

This is a busy, front office position in a large department. Successful candidate will be able to provide clerical support to all faculty members, produce and proofread various documents, answer phones/take messages, greet visitors to the department, answer questions, and maintain a clean and organized office space. Selected student will also provide TA support for psychology faculty, along with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Psychology Major
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Familiar with APA format
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Student should take direction well and remember instructions
  • Student must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to work independently
  • Work study eligible students will be given priority
